According to a recent article from the American Heart Association, Joe found this news worthy article he wanted to share with you. In it is stated “A healthy diet and lifestyle are your best weapons to fight cardiovascular disease. It’s not as hard as you may think!” It also states “If you would benefit from lowering your blood pressure or cholesterol, the AHA recommends 40 minutes of aerobic exercise of moderate to vigorous intensity 3-4 times a week.”
