When diet is not enough and supplementation is needed

Did you know that every person will have different nutrient needs and deficiencies? With the declining soil and food quality and the ever-increasing presence of toxins in our environment, there are times when it truly isn’t possible to get everything you need from food, even though in a “perfect world” it would be.  That is why diet should be addressed first, as even the best supplements won’t be enough to override a poor diet.  If you have cut out toxic foods, are getting enough healthy fats, enough sleep, minimizing stress, some exercise and you are still struggling with some health problems, supplementation may be worth considering.
