CoQ10 in Patients with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is the most common cause of chronic liver injury. After 4 weeks of CoQ10 supplementation, waist circumference and serum AST concentrations were significantly decreased as compared to the placebo-treated group.
