Everyone complains today about being too busy to eat a well balanced meal.  It seems too easy to just drive through fast food and grab something on the run “because you just did not have the time to be prepared”.  An easy solution to this is to add 2 scoops of a meal replacement powder to a shaker bottle.  Preferably one that you know has the right combination of taste, protein, and other ingredients that won’t cause gas, bloating, etc.  Add a cold bottle of water, shake and enjoy.  You will feel much better both physically and mentally.  Hope this quick tip helps you stay healthy.
