Love it for my daughter she has a little acid problem. Great way for a daily and her little issue.

Although my kids loved the taste of it, this one didn’t work for us because the b12 form is the inactive form which my son wasn’t able to convert into the active form, so his body ended up storing up too much b12. He had a count of 1200 when the high end of normal is 900.
