Last weeks Livestream sounded like it would be a how to for weight loss, but in fact it was quite the opposite. Joe discussed the whys of weight gain today versus years ago. He asked “Why are we fat? Is it how we eat, what we eat?” The Livestream made the assumption that we are controlling our intake, portion size and exercising. It was about what are we doing to deal with the components we are exposed to on a daily basis that we are not even aware of or control that add to our weight gain. Joe concluded with the efforts we can take to help this problem:
Periodic fasting, Exercise, Lo temp sauna
Detox Essentials, Buffered C, Essential Greens
Foods that detoxify
