We have some exciting new innovations to our Coq10 products! Coenzyme Q10 Advanced has been formulated using DuoQuinol a patent pending form of ubiquinol produced. Duoquinol is ubiquinol derived from ubiqinone through a novel patented process involving geranylgeraniol (GG) and ascorbyl palmitate (highly bioavailable, fat-soluble derivative of vitamin C). This exciting new material allows for an enhanced absorption technology. Both "taking" and "making" Coenzyme Q10 Advanced, you have the potential to improve health through impactful results for cardiovascular, cellular energy, antioxidant, and mitochondrial support.

Coenzyme Q 10 Advanced 100mg provides 100 mg ubiquinol (as DuoQuinol™) and 60 mg geranylgeraniol (as GG-Gold™) per capsule to promote greater bioavailability than ubiquinol by itself.

DuoQuinol™ is ubiquinol derived from ubiquinone through a novel patented process involving geranylgeraniol (GG) and ascorbyl palmitate. GG is derived from annatto seeds.

Why Supplement with CoQ10 and GG?
CoQ10 occurs naturally in certain foods (especially animal foods such as red meat, poultry, and seafood), but the vast majority is produced inside the body. GG is also produced endogenously, which means inside the body. This internal synthesis may not always be sufficient, particularly in individuals taking pharmaceutical drugs that affect the pathway by which CoQ10 is produced. Synthesis of CoQ10 and GG declines naturally during aging and the use of certain pharmaceutical drugs (particularly for treating high cholesterol and osteoporosis) inhibit its synthesis, potentially resulting in a need for supplementation.

Recommended Use: Take one softgel per day with a meal, or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
Note: This formula is best absorbed with a meal.
