Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ask Joe DiMatteo. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days, provided the items are in stock.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

  • In the rare event that an item is backordered or cannot be shipped in a timely fashion, we will contact you immediately via email to provide an update.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We utilize flat-rate shipping for our orders, primarily shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • Standard Shipping: Flat-rate fee calculated at checkout. Typical delivery is within 5 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100 (excluding applicable taxes).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has officially shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if a package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue.
