  3. Increase Mono-unsaturated Fat Intake – Walnuts, Almonds, Olive Oil, Olives
  4. Increase Fresh Vegetables Intake by 50% 5. Increase Fresh Fruit Intake by 50%
  5. Increase Fish Intake 7. Increase Intake of Chick Peas 8. Increase Intake of Lentils
  6. Increase Intake of Beans
  7. Increase Intake of Legumes
