Last weeks Livestream was one of the most informative lessons so far.  Joe began the first of two or three Livestreams discussing his daily routine of life and supplementation.  It is hard not to write everything he said in this blog.  I am going to highlight what he does and a short caption why.

He begins describing his daily routine:

  • Rise Early-Matching Circadian Rhythym
  • Workout-Morning matches Highest Coritsol Production by body
  • Scriptures-Read something to make you a better person
  • Supplement
  • Smoothies

Next he describes his morning regimen of products on an empty stomach and why:

  • Pycogenol-Cardiovascular Health
  • Myco-Complete-This and the next 3 are all for Basic Immune Health to boost the immune system.
  • Immune-Stim
  • Adrenal Essentials
  • DHEA

Breakfast begins with 2 scoops of Essential Meal Plus which is clean protein, limited carbs, high fiber to be an energy producing product that keeps blood sugar down and no spike in the blood sugar either.

Next he has “real food”-figs, apples, almonds which all are high in fiber which decreases inflammation, decreases cardiovascular issues and has potassium, magnesium and minerals as well.

Lastly he continued with his regimen which includes:

  • Buffered C Powder
  • Daily Essentials
  • Probiotic Essentials
  • Vitamin D3
  • Resveratrol Plus
  • Prosate Essentials Plus
  • Omega-3 800
