In a recent article in Natural Standards, Joe found  it to be news worthy as the author discussed the research about fish oil (Omega-3) use in lowering blood pressure, specifically EPA and DHA.  The author states: “In a new study, researchers analyzed data from 70 clinical trials to assess the benefits of EPA and DHA supplementation on blood pressure. Systolic blood pressure, the pressure in the arteries when the heart beats, and diastolic blood pressure, the pressure in the arteries between heartbeats, were both measured.”
