Did you know that eating a well balanced diet that contains our source of macro nutrients (carbs, protein, fat and fiber) still leaves us with the need to supplement our bodies with a high quality multivitamin and mineral product.  In the video Joe recorded below, he states “Demands of our lifestyle, poor sleep habits, stress and poor quality of foods we consume increase our demands for micro nutrients”.   He also says “The  amounts of naturally occurring micro nutrients in our food sources such as lycopene in tomatoes and folic acid in nuts have decreased over time for various reasons making it even more important to take a Daily Essential Multivitamin as part of your nutritional regimen”.
